No, we aren't getting a puppy:). Our kids always want to workout with us, so Jason has started them on the Crossfit kids which they call Puppies. They had so much fun this morning. We'll see how long this lasts. This morning thy did 3 rounds of.. Running the driveway, 10 squats, and 15 box jumps.
