Everyday after school I always ask Riley what she did in school. Some days I get some answers and then other days I don't, but I do have to ask her specific things like "did you paint, did you read books?" Also, I have to ask her what she did in music class and gym class which she normally tells me more about because she absolutely loves going to both of those classes. For the past couple days when I ask her about gym class she just tells me that they run laps. That seemed kinda odd to me so tonight I did some digging and found out exactly what they have been doing. It wasn't until she was half way through demonstrating things that I really knew what she was doing. She had mentioned to me that they acted like a monkey and a bird so I asked her to show me how to be a monkey and this is what she ended up doing for me.....
She told me they have their "squat box" which I thought was really weird so I asked her to do a squat thinking she would do one like I do, but no she did this weird plea thing. I was still confused so she went on and showed me how then act like different animals.....

I was so shocked to see her doing yoga!!! Once she was done with the mouse she jumped up and said "now we run laps"! They have a little workout session in the gym... how cute is that.
And then of course after we got done taking all the pictures I looked over and saw the "monkey see monkey do move" :)

Aww! That is so cute! When I ask Abby about her day she just tells me they did 'nothing'. Even if I ask specific questions-for example she came home with a "Thanks Giver" (pilgrim) hat on that she made. I asked her what she did in school and she told me "nothing". I asked her about the hat she had on and she said...yeah well I guess we did that.
