Burpees on the Beach

We went to Folly Beach yesterday with our Crossfit box to finish off the burpee challenge. They have been doing burpees everyday for 114 days. Jason started the challenge and made it to day 70 something and hurt his elbow and had to stop, but he did finish it out yesterday with 114! Everyone who participated rocked it! I don't have pictures of the kids, but they had so much fun with all the kids there. Folly was a lot like our "nude" beach at Edisto:).
