Gone Crazy

Yes, I believe that the kids have gone crazy!!!
First, I will start with the funny things Riley said today:
She was going potty this morning and I said to her "Oh Riley, you are getting so big! I am going to be so sad when you go to school in a couple months." She looks at me and says, "Mommy, don't be sad. I will come back you know!" It's so funny because I always have to tell her that I am going to come back and normally she tells me that I need to go to school with her. I guess she really is getting sooooo big!:(
Then tonight we were reading books and I was trying to make it more interesting by doing the voice of Cookie Monster. She stops me after 1 sentence and says "No mommy, that is Cookie Monster (points to him in the book). You just do your talk!" Guess I wasn't doing such a good job, haha.

Poor Reagan had to go to the doctor today to get another shot. We were supposed to get her chicken pox vaccination last Monday with the rest, but they didn't have any ready. Then yesterday we find out that Harlie has chicken pox - what luck we have:) So the doctor advised us to come in right away to get the shot in hopes that it will lessen the severity if/when she gets it. She was not a happy camper and SCREAMED the whole way home in the car.

Then we got home and this is where the kids went really crazy. I was trying to make dinner and they sounded like they were playing so well and having such a good time at their table behind me. I turned to look and this is what I found:

I made Reagan get down and told her "NO" and then went back to cooking. They were laughing and screeching at each other again so I turned around and then found this:

So this time I took the chair and put it in the other room to get it away from Reagan because she wasn't just standing in it, she was actually rocking while standing and thought it was the best thing. So I go on cooking and I can hear Reagan saying "HI" to me. Then I hear a crash. I look and she is under the rocking chair against edge of the wall in the doorway to the kitchen. I am guessing that she was in the chair again and on the arm so she could peek around the corner and see me to say hi. Then she fell. I would have taken a picture of that but I could see the bruise forming on her face from where I was standing so I figured I should get her quick:) Poor baby is going to have this mark for awhile.

But good dad gave her lots of ice cream which she now has decided that she LOVES!
