There are WAY too many pictures from our Disney trip to even begin to post them on here, but here are just a few to highlights some of the most important parts.
We stayed in the best house. When Riley went up stairs to see her room she ran right in and gasped! She was so excited to sleep in her princess bed and wanted to take a nap right away.
On the first day at the Magic Kingdom Riley was so sick. She had a very high fever and was shivering and cold... I felt so bad for her. We gave her some medicine and then went to see the princesses.... I think seeing the princesses is what cured her! She was so excited to see them and was so cute.... she talked to Cinderella about her bed that she was sleeping in and also how she was very upset that she went to Mickey and Minnie's houses and they weren't home. Cinderella was cute because she told Riley that she was sorry they weren't there, but she would make sure she told them that Riley went to see them next time she saw them around.
We went and had breakfast with the Little Einsteins characters at Hollywood Studios. I asked Riley if she was excited before we went and she said "I bet they will have Mickey Mouse pancakes"! We have watched the Jon and Kate Plus 8 go to Disney show many times and it shows them eating Mickey pancakes so I was hoping we would have them at our breakfast or we would have one very upset kid. Luckly they had them!!!! She was excited to see Leo, June, and JoJo and she was very excited that there was singing and dancing, she was not as excited about those as she was the Mickey waffle!!!!!! Too bad she didn't eat any of it :)
We celebrated Dylan's birthday while we were there and of course we had to have a princess cake.... she requested the pink Cinderella so that is what she got!
We waited and did the night parade and fireworks on the last night..... it was a great way to send us off. The castle was absolutely gorgeous with all the Christmas lights. This had to be the best time of the year to go. The Christmas decorations made everything so much more magical and festive, the crowds weren't bad (it was packed and couldn't imagine what it is like in peak season... yuck), and the weather was great (it was soooo hot and again couldn't imagine what it would be like during peak season of the summer).
