Why, Why, Why????

We have stepped into the "Why" phase and really why can't it be more fun!!??:) Here is the conversation I had with Riley yesterday in the car:

R1: "Mommy, I saw a man cutting the grass!"
Mommy: "Yeah you did."
R1: "Why was the man cutting the grass?"
Mommy: "Because the grass needed to be cut."
R1: "Why did it need to be cut?"
Mommy: "Because the grass was long."
R1: "Why was the grass long?"
Mommy: "Because the grass grew."
R1: "Why did the grass grow?"
Mommy: "Because the man watered it."
R1: "Why did the man water the grass?"
Mommy: "Because he wanted the grass to grow."
R1: "Why did he want the grass to grow?"
Mommy: "So he could cut it."
R1: "BUT MOOOOMMMMYYYY, WHY?"
Mommy: "Because I really have no idea. We are at Publix now so lets get a cookie and talk about something else."
R1: "Why mommy?"
Mommy: "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!"

I don't think I am cut out for all the why questions:)
