Riley wanted to make dinner for Gumpy out of her Princess Tiana's Cookbook. He chose Jammin' Jambalaya and Riley HAD to make Bengiets. Kylie was here so she helped. They peeled the onion, the green pepper, and garlic. Of course Gumpy didn't think I was doing it right so he had to help:) Riley helped him stir and pour in the tomatoes and chicken stock. She did really good and it tasted GREAT! We had none leftover!!
